Leading hair salon Jazzy d’s in Thetford, Norfolk is proud to be shortlisted for the East of England Business Champions Awards 2011 in the Service Excellence category. Jazzy d’s has been shortlisted among a list of just over 30 other companies within our region. Sarah Dawes said “Being shortlisted for this prestigious award has made me feel extremely proud of my business, but above all extremely proud of the professionalism of my team”.
Jazzy d’s has now been established nearly five years, and has gone from strength to strength. Opening the original salon on Station Road, Thetford in January 2007 found growth of the business too much for the shop to handle. From there opened a much bigger premises in the centre of Thetford in June 2008. “In this bigger location we were able to fulfil our dream of being the best”.
As well as using the finest in salon furnishings, like our Pietranera shiatsu massage backwash chairs, we only use the finest quality products from Aveda, Alterna and L’Oreal Professionnel. “Our team is totally committed to 'Excellence', and we pride ourselves on our customer care, and our attention to detail”.

New for Jazzy d’s for 2011 is the top floor that has been transformed into a ‘Health & Beauty’ day spa. On the top floor we have a VIP room with its own shiatsu backwash and styling chair where clients can have their hair professionally cut and finished in total privacy, perfect for wig cutting, and blushing brides that wish to remain inconspicuous before their special day. We have our waiting room where you’ll find a double Garra Rufa fish pedicure tanks, (Jazzy d’s Fish Pedicure) and comfortable seating. Then we have our Beauty room where you can indulge in the feeling of calm with our Aveda spa treatments.
